The Service allows users to search for fuel prices by location, view prices on a map, and compare prices across different stations and brands.

3. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

Important: While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date fuel prices, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.

• Fuel prices are provided by third-party sources (UK Government Fuel Finder)
• Prices may change between the time of data collection and your visit to a station
• Not all fuel stations may be included in our database
• Station information (opening hours, amenities) may not be current

Always verify prices at the pump before refuelling. If you notice a price discrepancy, you can report it via the UK Government's Fuel Finder service.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Fuel price data is provided by the UK Government under the Open Government Licence. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database Licence.

6. Location Services

The Service may request access to your device's location to show nearby fuel stations. This feature is optional, and you can use postcode search instead. Location permissions can be revoked at any time through your device settings.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party services including:

• UK Government Fuel Finder API for price data
• OpenStreetMap for map tiles and geocoding
• postcodes.io for UK postcode lookups

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuel Costs UK shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on price information
• Damages from service interruptions or data inaccuracies

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
